Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused luggage or accessories in their original box with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
